1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and y9888 ("the Platform," "we," "us"). They govern all use of the y9888 website, mobile application and any related services offered under the y9888 brand at y9888.onl.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. y9888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify y9888 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until we are notified, all activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility.

• Do not use another person's payment method to deposit funds into your account.
• Keep your contact details (email address, phone number) up to date in your account settings.
• Do not attempt to transfer funds between player accounts.
• All activity on your account must be for personal entertainment only — commercial use of any kind is prohibited.

4. Deposits & Payments

y9888 accepts deposits in PKR only. There is no currency conversion at any stage of the transaction process. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically credited instantly.
• Raast — instant bank transfers via the Raast network.
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer; processing time varies by bank.
• Debit/Credit Cards — card payments where supported by your issuing bank.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

y9888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for their applicable fee structure.

In the event that a deposit cannot be processed or is reversed by your payment provider, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your y9888 balance. If the balance is insufficient, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to another verified method registered in your name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by method.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

y9888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not a reflection on individual players. We aim to complete these checks as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, you will be notified via the contact details on your account. The funds will remain in your account balance and you may request a new withdrawal once the issue is resolved.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR. They are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The y9888 sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Esports and a range of other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where a Cash Out option is available and the player exercises it before the relevant event concludes.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to be settled (as stated in the sport-specific rules), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are available in the betting rules section of the platform.
• In-play betting allows wagers to be placed on events that are already in progress. In-play markets may be suspended at any time, including during key moments such as wickets, goals or video reviews. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for operational reasons unrelated to misconduct, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact y9888 support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Note that self-excluded players cannot re-register during their exclusion period.

13. Limitation of Liability

• y9888 is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures or third-party service disruptions.
